Join local photographer Paul Gruener for the first Community Camera gathering! This group was founded to promote the learning of both the craft and creative aspects of photography among peers. Gatherings take place quarterly and address a variety of topics. The group is open to anyone interested in digital or film photography. Beverages and snacks will be provided. The event is free. 

About Paul:

Community Camera group leader Paul Gruener has been involved with photography most of his life, getting started when his father built a darkroom when he was seven years old. Early in life Paul worked as an Associated Press news and sports photographer. He also did commercial, industrial, family, and fashion photography. After completing his B.S. in Business Administration degree Paul transitioned to his full time career in information systems. While working in the business world Mr. Gruener continued his love of telling stories through photography by accepting select commercial projects, engaging in travel photography, and taking pictures of his growing family. He has worked successfully in both the film and digital imaging worlds.
