What is a Palette Pass?
While most events during the Plein Air Festival are free and open to the public, the Palette Pass gives you access to private social and art events throughout the week. This also includes having the first chance to purchase paintings at the Collector’s Preview on Friday. PLUS, you are supporting PenArt, the Door County Plein Air Festival and community art education.
What’s included with the Palette Pass?
The first exclusive event will be on Monday for our Tea & Artists Talk starting at 2:30pm-4:30pm. This will include a beverage and a treat.
Tuesday at our evening event, Sip & Stroll, each Palette Pass holder will receive one free drink ticket from the Dorr Hotel.
Thursday includes the lecture with the judge, 2:30pm-3:30pm and priority seating.
Friday is the Colletor’s Preview from 4pm-7:30pm. Enjoy an exclusive evening with food, beverage, and artist awards. Opportunity to purchase paintings via silent auction before the public opening on Saturday.
On Saturday, once the Quick Paint in downtown Fish Creek is over, the Live Auction will start at 12:00pm-2:30pm, along with PenArt’s Open Door Celebration, 11am-4pm. Palette Pass holders will have priority seating for the auction.
Palette Pass Pickup
After purchasing a Palette Pass either over the phone with PenArt or online, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt.
Palette Passes are not digital, only physical copies are available. Pickup starts on Sunday, July 19th from 10am-1pm and continues throughout the Plein Air Festival week.
Pick Up will be at the Front Desk.
