Explore and celebrate the emerging talent and creative empowerment of PenArt’s next generation of young artists. Make! features incredible works made across a variety of programs, including Family Art Days, the Earth + Climate Arts Lab, After-School classes, and PenArt’s partnership with Gibraltar’s 4K Program. Each artwork reflects meaningful student engagement, imaginative use of materials, and a growing understanding of the artist’s process. Together, these works illuminate the ideas, questions, and discoveries that shape students’ creative journeys. Dedicated and supportive artist educators Katherine Baeten, Kyle Jablonski, Jill Newman, and Joslyn Villalpando foster creativity and challenge students to observe the world around them and express their unique perspective through a range of media. As students continue their arts education, they deepen their knowledge of artistic concepts, strengthen technical skills, and develop ingenuity and confidence. Sustained, high-quality arts education is vital to ensuring that all students have opportunities to grow and thrive creatively.
