Using crayons or graphite, create rubbings from natural objects and textured surfaces to reveal intricate patterns and surprising details. Then cut, layer, and arrange your rubbings into imaginative collages inspired by landscapes, stones, plants, or entirely new creations. Along the way, artists of all ages practice slowing down, looking closely, and exploring how simple textures can become something extraordinary through creativity and careful observation.
